Focused on building positive parent-child relationships, CII’s Incredible Years (IY) Program teaches evidence-based parenting skills to help manage children’s behavioral problems. This program includes social skills training “Dinosaur School” for children ages 4-8, and parenting classes.

The components of IY are very interactive and focus on promoting positive behaviors utilizing puppets, videos, role plays, and educational games.

During the caregiver group, caregivers will learn to:
· To play with their child
· To use positive praising skills
· To ignore negative behaviors
· To use rewards positively
· To instill effective limit setting and timeouts
